I hereby acknowledge and agree that by submitting an application for the Diversity Law Student Internship Program, I understand that I am in no way guaranteed an internship position. I understand I may be required to be physically present in the selected county for the duration of the internship. I acknowledge and agree that if I am selected to participate 1) the NC Association of County Attorneys is merely a conduit through which applications are sent to participating counties and does not control and is not responsible for who may be selected to interview with a county, 2) I will be required to interview independently with county employers, and 3) may be required to submit additional information such as transcripts and writing samples. I attest that I am eligible to work in the United States and will provide proof of the same when requested by any potential employer. I hereby grant permission to the North Carolina Association of County Attorneys to photograph my image, likeness, or depiction, and consent to the association’s use thereof worldwide for any purpose, including educational and advertisement purposes, and in any medium, including print and electronic.
